About Bwin
Bwin (pron./beewin) consultancy services is fronted by Baldwin Davis. Baldwin has developed over thirty years’ of professional skills, experience and knowledge in international and domestic work across private, government and non-government service entities. His work covers all communities including those that proactively advances the notion of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) of all persons and practices.
Services include areas of education, child welfare, juvenile justice, community impact, health and family services entities. With a passion for his craft, he can offer independent and objective insight that will practically enhance and impact organizational performance, accountability and service user experience.
Where needed, Bwin will form a team of experts in their field to undertake a project (e.g. collaborate with third party associates who are certified or licensed professionals). Services are bespoke, unlimited and not exclusive to the areas of work listed in the full menu of services.

Baldwin is a career nonprofit executive who has provided successful consultancy engagement for over thirty years. His background spans various business ventures and previously held directorship of several United Kingdom businesses, including his own successful entertainment promotion and production business. The depth of his work and direct experiences spans the Caribbean, United Kingdom and the USA.
His main sphere of work has been associated with human services and social care while spanning property management and development, developing customer service strategies, training, providing advice and mediation to property managers and all other business clients. A career human services personnel, his track record covers thirty plus years in this deserving field where he has developed an acumen for dealing and working with people from various social classes, circumstances of life events, ethnicity and diverse cultural backgrounds.
Academically, Baldwin holds a Certificate in Higher Education (Social Science), a Post Graduate and Master’s Degree from London’s Southbank University. He is a member of the Charted Institute of Administrative Management (UK) and the globally acclaimed International Professional Managers Association – HR (IPMA-HR). He is an active licensed Florida State Property Manager (LCAM) for many years.
